Description

Fast Speed Swing Turnstile

Fast Speed Swing Turnstile is an intelligent access control turnstile gate with high performance. It features stable operation, simple installation and aesthetic design to effectively manage pedestrian flow in government agencies, clubs & century clubs and office buildings.

This optical turnstile offers wider channel width than most others – typically between 550mm-1000mm – as well as an extra wide path designed to accommodate wheelchair users or pedestrians with large luggage. Additionally, a separate channel is included specifically for these individuals.

Easy to install

Speed gates are an attractive access control turnstile solution that make creating multi-lane set-ups simple and dependable. Ideal for various applications and high volumes, their durable construction makes them suitable for high traffic environments like airports and stadiums – there are various different kinds available to suit every need!

Full-height swing turnstiles rely heavily on their mechanism for movement. To avoid mechanical breakdowns and unnecessary repairs, regular maintenance should be performed on this component. A good maintenance schedule helps lower operating costs while avoiding expensive repairs; periodic cleaning of dirt and debris from its moving parts should also be conducted, while lubrication should also take place to improve operation – this includes bearing pins, locking arms and rotor drive gears as part of this task.

Full-height swing turnstile installation must meet technical specifications to ensure its safety and functionality, including orientation, accessibility, proximity to power sources and network connections. A thorough site survey should help to locate an ideal place for installation of full-height swing turnstiles.

Full-height optical swing turnstiles differ from other forms of turnstiles in that they’re designed to regulate pedestrian passage in both directions, making them suitable for integration into any access control system. Available as single and bidirectional models, you can configure them according to your security needs while the built-in reset mechanism and alarm function help prevent tailgating.

Full-height swing turnstiles offer many distinct advantages during an emergency or disaster, including their ability to remain open during evacuation efforts in schools and hospitals where evacuation can be challenging. Furthermore, these systems can be programmed to open and lock automatically if a fire or earthquake happens – not to mention being easy to install and operate! Furthermore, full-height optical swing turnstiles offer aesthetic customization options as well.

Easy to maintain

The fast speed swing turnstile is a versatile access control solution designed for simple integration with various technologies. It is compatible with RFID card systems, biometrics, fingerprint recognition systems and barcode scanners among others for secure entry. Its slim profile and small footprint makes it perfect for office buildings, stadiums, banks, museums hospitals and public venues – as well as available in different colors to complement any lobby design or branding scheme.

TISO provides a full selection of pedestrian turnstile gate options, with single and bidirectional models. Installation is quick and simple, as all components come preassembled for effortless assembly. Doors may open either direction for convenient passage. These units may also include various sensors such as anti-pinch technology and light alarm functions to further increase security.

Maintenance for turnstile barrier gates requires cleaning the chassis of each turnstile gate frequently in order to reduce corrosion and extend its life span. In general, cleaning should occur once or twice each week with water only used to wipe down its surface as this could cause electrical short circuits. It’s also essential that internal mechanisms and electrical systems be kept up-to-date as these parts play an integral part of how a turnstile works.

As for cleaning, a good way to ensure your stainless steel surface remains in top condition is to use a soft cloth instead of hard objects to wipe it down. Lubricants should also be applied regularly in order to preserve mechanical function and tightening connections are crucial to avoid power loss.

The chassis of a turnstile is composed of polished stainless steel, which must be kept clean to preserve its beautiful aesthetics. Cleaning with hard objects could damage its finish and alter its aesthetic; water should also not be used when washing turnstile as this may result in short circuiting that robs power from it altogether. Furthermore, regular checks should be performed between power supply and socket connections and repairs made necessary on any ageing electronic components immediately.

Easy to customize

Fast speed swing turnstiles provide an effective solution to managing pedestrian flow without creating traffic congestion. Simple to install and configure to meet any specifications you specify, these turnstile gates can also be integrated with devices like video cameras to provide increased security and convenience for its users. Their high-speed operation and elegant design makes them suitable for office buildings, subway terminals and university facilities alike.

Turnstile gates feature blocking bodies crafted of stainless steel, plexiglass or toughened glass which can be customized in various colors for aesthetic purposes. Their slim design enables multiple lane sets and their attractive aesthetics can be tailored to match your lobby or branding. Furthermore, these gate can detect tailgating as well as provide anti-intrusion functions.

Comparable to other access control turnstile gates, the speed gate features a smaller footprint and can fit easily into tight spaces. Its intelligent movement structure and logic algorithm ensure smooth operation; you can connect it to many external systems including barcode scanners, magnetic card readers and IC cards for seamless use. Furthermore, you can program it to remain open during emergencies, providing easier evacuation while meeting fire safety requirements.

As pedestrians pass by, the system triggers compression springs to compress and store potential energy within this torque-restoring mechanism. Once stored, this energy is released when the locking arm returns to its original position. This prevents the rotor from dislodging itself and becoming inoperable while its articulation axis passes directly over the lower culmination point of orbit on bearing plate.

Contrastingly, column rotating swing turnstiles utilize an articulation axis that moves in a parallel manner with their axis of rotation, making them less vulnerable to mechanical collisions and producing minimal noise while remaining simple to operate and require no mechanical maintenance.

As opposed to standard pedestrian turnstile gates, swing barrier gates don’t require ticket checking and can be used effectively in any setting where large crowds need processing. Furthermore, this type of turnstile is built for durability to withstand everyday usage; it is important, however, to understand its differences from similar products before making a purchase decision.

Easy to repair

Fast Speed Swing Turnstiles are an ideal solution for security applications due to their flexible entry and exit points, simple integration with various access control devices (face recognition temperature scanners, fingerprint readers, barcode scanners and RFID systems), high durability and ability to withstand heavy traffic volumes; however they will need regular maintenance in order to operate effectively.

To keep your turnstile system at peak performance, it’s crucial to conduct daily cleaning and regular maintenance on an ongoing basis. This will reduce mechanical issues while prolonging equipment lifespan. Your full height turnstile gate is an integral component of your access control system; regular servicing ensures it continues to function as intended at all times.

At minimum, it is best to perform maintenance at least once every week. A corrosion-free detergent should be used to clean the stainless steel appearance and any debris or dirt which has accumulated on its surface, while checking to see that all internal mechanisms are functioning as intended and there are no loose screws present. Before proceeding with any maintenance procedure it is always advisable to switch off power first!

Make sure to regularly test and inspect sensors and detectors to make sure they’re functioning as planned. If any malfunctions arise, take immediate steps to repair them immediately. It is also crucial to examine wiring connections; loose or damaged wires could create serious issues that need addressing quickly.

Regular cleaning of your turnstile’s hoppers and sensors is also key, using non-corrosive cleaning solution with a soft lint-free cloth to get the job done. Furthermore, make sure the beam window remains clear of dust or other debris for proper optical reading sensor functioning; then wipe down its rotary rod and wings as well.
